Have used HD before for other home improvement services and am still satisfied. My only compliant is that the sales associate - who was very knowledgeable and helpful in the beginning - has yet to return my emails about a credit he is supposed to give me. I find this to leave a poor taste in my mouth, but again, the other parts of the service were very satisfactory.
